　　6月“小非农”着实爆了个大冷门。ADP Research公布的数据显示，美国6月ADP就业人数减少3.3万人，创下自2023年3月以来的首次负增长，预期9.8万人，而5月份的数据在向下修正后仅增加了2.9万人。此前没有任何一位经济学家预计会出现下降。具体来看，在5月小幅减少2000个就业岗位后，商品生产企业在6月增加了3.2万个就业岗位。然而，服务业就业在6月份减少了6.6万个就业岗位，主要归因于专业和商业服务以及医疗保健和教育领域的下降。

　　尽管招聘放缓导致就业岗位减少，但薪资增长的势头尚未完全中断。数据显示，截至6月，在职员工的同比薪资增速为4.4%，与5月的4.5%相比变化不大。而跳槽员工的薪资增速则从上个月的7.0%小幅下降至6.8%。数据公布后，交易员加大对美联储2025年底前至少两次降息的押注。美指下挫20余点后重新回升，但后半夜再度拐头下行。今日市场将聚焦6月非农就业报告。瑞银预计，6月非农就业人数将仅增加10万人，失业率或创2021年新高；花旗预计非农就业仅增加8.5万人。如果6月就业数据表现异常疲软，美联储最早可能在7月便采取降息行动。非农前美指不排除将延续震荡下行。
